Who are Nucleus Consultancy?

Nucleus Consultancy originated from a straightforward observation.

70-90% of mergers do not achieve their expected results.

Dominic Farrell, the founder of Nucleus, recognised a significant opportunity for improvement in this area.

By conducting thorough research on these issues, he focused his dissertation during his MBA studies on the integration of cultures within multi-academy trusts. It soon became clear that there were patterns emerging in the failures of mergers across various levels.

Dominic observed that there were frequently significant oversights regarding staff wellbeing and the creation of a strong identity and cooperative partnership, essential for successfully navigating change.

With over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing and Education at both middle and senior leadership levels, he has applied this expertise along with his research to foster high-performing cultures. This aims to equip others with the tools necessary to cultivate happier work environments that not only meet their objectives but also exceed them with courage and enthusiasm.
